Welcome to F4Fish! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the F4Fish mobile application ("App"), operated by F4Fish ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
To place orders you need to create an account using your mobile number and other details we request. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs confidential, for restricting access to your device, and for all activity under your account. Please inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.
F4Fish is a platform for ordering fresh and frozen fish, seafood and related products for home delivery in the areas we serve. Service availability, delivery areas and delivery slots may change from time to time.
All content on the App, including text, images, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to misuse the App, including by introducing viruses or other harmful technology, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Product descriptions, images, availability and prices shown on the App may change without notice.
Fish and seafood are natural products. Images are for illustration, and actual size, shape, colour and weight may vary slightly. Where products are cleaned or cut, the final net weight may be lower than the weight before cleaning.
We try to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or complete. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing, stock or other error, and any amount paid online for that order will be refunded as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable charges, including product price, delivery charges (if any) and taxes.
We accept online payments (such as UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and, where available, Cash on Delivery.
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials on our servers.
An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation in the App. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for stock, serviceability or payment reasons.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary:
Orders cancelled by F4Fish, or cancelled before dispatch, that were paid online are refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Because our products are perishable, there are no returns, exchanges or refunds after delivery.
Delivery times shown in the App are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, demand, availability of delivery partners or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such factors.
Orders are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. You agree to give an accurate address and phone number and to be available to receive the order.
If we cannot deliver because you are unreachable or unavailable, or the address is incorrect, the order may be cancelled and no refund will be given, as perishable goods cannot be re-delivered or restocked.
Delivery or service charges, if any, are non-refundable except where the order is cancelled by F4Fish.
Fish and seafood are perishable. Please check your order at the time of delivery, refrigerate or freeze it promptly, and clean and cook it thoroughly before eating. If you have any allergy (such as to fish or shellfish), please consider it before ordering. We are not responsible for spoilage, illness or damage caused by improper storage, handling or cooking after delivery.
You may submit reviews, ratings, comments or other content on the App, provided it is lawful and not obscene, abusive, defamatory or misleading. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, modify and display it in connection with the App. We may remove any content at our discretion.
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://f4fish.com/privacy-policy, explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in it.
The App may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites or services (such as payment gateways). We are not responsible for their content or practices and recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the App. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, F4Fish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
You agree to indemnify and hold F4Fish harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted in the App, and the "Last Updated" date will show the latest revision. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State], India.
